Today’s WOD

“Barbara”

5 sets of:

20 pull ups

30 push ups

40 sit ups

50 air squats

REST 3 min b/t sets

 

Notes:

  • a simple gymnastics day, but this could hurt!
  • Use the progressions that you have been doing for the previous 4 weeks lets see how your progressing L1 do same number of sets but half the reps L2 5 sets of 15, 25, 35, 45
