Meet the Grizzlies Powerlifting team! We partnered with KW @specialolympicsontario in September and meet every Tuesday at 5pm.

Today’s WOD

A. Snatch grip push press x 5 – on last rep keep weight overhead and walk 20’, rest 1 min x 3

B. Flutter kicks x 30 sec, rest 30 sec x 3

For time:

12-9-6

Power snatch @ 115 OR Power Clean @ 155

Box jumps @ 30/24”

Then… finish with a 500m row

 

Notes:

– More OH stability work, followed by a short and hard couplet with a row to cap it off
