Today’s WOD

  1. Go every 2 min x 5 sets , push press x 3-5 reps (build to a 3 or 5RM)

+

EMOM x 16

Odd: Burpees x 10

Even: Power cleans x 5 (Score is weight used, so go heavy and tough!)

 

Notes:

– build per set on push press

– alternate between the 2 movements, adjust reps and weight as needed

– Newer lifters should keep power cleans from the hang, again focus on that explosive hip opening and getting as tall as possible
