Today’s WOD

In teams of 3, 4 or 5 depending on class size

Movements:

Rowing

Deadlifts

back squats

clean & jerks

25 mins for distance and weight moved. Someone rowing at all times.

only 2 bars allowed per team, and both working. This is a true test of team work as

you have to figure out when you will switch weights and movements. Each person has to do

all movements.
