Today’s WOD

A1. Front rack lunges x 8-10/leg, rest 1 min

A2. TGU x 2/arm, rest 1 min

A3. Side plank x 30 sec/side (no rest b/t sides), rest 1 min x 3

+

7 min AMRAP – with a barbell @ 95/65

5 Burpee deadlifts (burpee onto bar, then do a deadlift – no jump)

5 Hang power clean

5 Thrusters

 

Notes:

– Superset A1-A3 with given rests, choose the right level of weight for lunges, TGU and this will be tough

– 7 min of hanging onto a bar, enjoy!
