  1. Bench press x 3,3,2,1,1,1 – go every 2 min, build per set to a 1RM
  2. EMOM x 5 – Pendlay rows x 4-6 tough reps @ 31X2

1 min row – cals

REST 15 sec

1 min HR push ups

REST 15 sec

1 min strict pull ups

Rest 90 sec

 

Notes:

– some pressing and pulling work today, keep form tight and strict and see what you can do

– giver on the min pieces and see if you maintain or how much you drop off
