In teams of 2, switch every time the row is complete x 6 sets:

250m row

Box overs @ 24/20”  (L1 box jumps)

REST 3 min

In teams of 2, switch every time you complete 10 burpee pull ups x 6 sets:

Burpee pull ups x 10

Wall walks

*It’s an AMRAP of the box overs and the wall walks while the other piece of work is being completed. Score is total reps of those 2 movements. Each teammate will do 6 sets of EACH piece

  • This could be pretty evil, not going to lie to you
