Today’s WOD

A1. Deadlift x 4-6 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. HSPU’s x 8-12 reps, rest 2 min x 4

For time:

In teams of 2, alternate between the two movements until you complete 5 sets of each

HPC x 5 @ 155/105

Row sprint 100m

 

Notes:

  • Superset the deadlifts and HSPU’s, go heavy, do appropriate reps for YOU on HS work.
  • Go hard, go fast and push the pace with your partner
