 Congratulations to Michelle Dietrich and Family!

A note from Michelle…

Hey Joanne,

Just wanted to let you guys know that I had my baby and we’re both doing so great. Her name is Amelia and she was born at home on October 12th.

Can’t thank you guys enough for all the support throughout my pregnancy; keeping active made such a huge difference in both the pregnancy and post  delivery. Hope to be back in the gym in November.

Today’s WOD

Skill/Strength: KB Snatch
5 min AMRAP
KB Snatch
WOD: teams of 3
12 min AMRAP
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8…etc
Set up three stations:
-Wall Ball 20/14
-Toes-2-Bar
-Deadlifts 225/155
Notes: Everyone starts at a different station and works at the same time. The first round consists of each athlete doing one rep at each station. The second round is 2 reps at each station, and so forth. Athletes cannot rotate to the next station until the whole team is ready to rotate.
