Today’s WOD

EMOM x 5: 5-10 Pistols/leg

+

15 min “Nate” – with a twist

2 Muscle ups / 5 Pull ups + 5 Dips

4 HSPU’s / 2 wall walks

8 KBS @ 2/1.5

*BUT every round starts off with 3 Front squats (from ground) @ 185/115

Coaches Tips: Adjust reps on pistols as needed. Similar to the Cindy we just did, but more challenging!
