EMOM x 5: 5-10 pistols/leg

+

10 min “Cindy” – with a twist

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

*BUT every round starts off with 3 deadlifts @ 315/225

Coaches Tips: We’ll be throwing in pistols pretty well every week…there are alternatives for those needing to work on them
