NGBP x 3-4 reps, go every 2 min x 5

For time:

100 sit ups

75 Russian KBS @ 2/1.5

50 Burpees

25 Deadlifts @ 225/155

1 mile run

Coaches Tips:  this is similar to some we’ve done in the past, get’r done, it’ll be fun
