A. Hang squat snatch/clean x 1, go every 90 sec x 3 @ 80%
B. Clean and jerk x 1, go every 2 min x 2 @ 80%
C. Hang snatch pull x 2, go every minute x 5
+
12 min AMRAP
3 strict pull ups/Negatives
3 HSPU’s off box
12 wall balls
Coaches Tips: we’re almost at the end, these smaller percentages and sets should feel good and strong!
