A. Hang power snatch/clean x 1, go every minute x 5 @ 75%
B. Power clean & jerk x 1, go every minute x 5 @ 75%

5 sets for reps
In 3 min, run 400m – in remaining time AMRAP burpees, rest 1 min b/t rds
