A. Hang squat clean x 1 – go every 90 sec x 5
B. Hang clean pull 3,3,2,2 – go every minute x 4
C. Front Squats 2,2,1,1 – go every 2 minute @ 85%

In 10 min – Run 1k, in remaining time AMRAP wall balls

Coaches Tips: weights should be going up as maxes are improving
