Perfect Squat

 

Strength/Skill: 15 min to do tire Flips!
-Solo and partner flips

Today’s WOD :teams of two
50 Burpees *partner must hold HS for reps to count

50 DeadLifts 275/185 *partner must hang from bar for reps to count

50 Toes2Bar *partner must hold top of DL for reps to count

*reps may be split apart however you choose but static hold must be held for them to count
