Hang squat snatch/clean 3,2,2,1,1 – go every 90 sec, build per set to a tough single

Clean and jerk 3,2,2,1,1 – go every 90 sec, build per set to a tough single

Back squat x 1 – Go every 90 sec x 5 sets, build to tough single

Stiff legged Deadlift x 3, go every minute x 5

With a partner x 10 min

Partner A – 1 min row

Partner B – 30 sec plank

Coaches Tips: lots of lifts, followed by a bit of core and row work
