Sammi and Sam on Saturday before the big race. Both ladies completed the Nike Women’s 15k in Toronto Sunday morning. Good Job!

Today’s WOD

1. Hang Power Clean x 2,2,1,1,1 – go every minute @ 70-75%

2. Hang squat snatch/clean x 2,2,1,1,1 – go every minute @ 70-80%

3. OHS – Build to a tough single in 7 min

EMOM x 10

Odd: HSPU x 3-5 reps

Even: Pull ups @ 30X2, 3-5 reps

Coaches Tips: The percentages might seem low, so work on your form, speed and confidence
