CFK Kids O-Course at the Rugged Maniac at Chicopee. Even the big kids loved our course!

Today’s WOD

A. Hang Squat clean 2,2,1,1,1 – go every 90 sec
B. Hang clean pull x 3, go every minute x 5
C. Front squats x 2, go every 2 min x 4 @ 85%
+

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
OR
2K row for time
Coaches Tips:  wrapping up the week with some more lifting and either a leaderboard test on the rower or a shortened Cindy.
