Our TD CFK Crew, Blake,Mike, and Michael must have kicked the little kids off this play structure(or scared them away) to work on their grip strength while spinning around after a picnic bbq lunch at Victoria Park. Adults should play this this more often 🙂

B. Jerk EMOM x 5 – build to a tough single
C. Hang Power snatch x 2,2,1,1,1 – go every 90 sec
