A. Pull up work @ 30X2, EMOM x 5, 3-5 reps
B. Hang power clean x 2 reps, go every minute x 5 (70-80%)
C. Hang squat snatch/clean x 2 reps, go every minute x 5
+
10 min AMRAP
30 DU’s or 75 singles
10 Push press @ 115/75
