Today’s WOD

In Teams of 2 switching back and forth for 10 rounds each

 

Partner A: 500m/400m Row

Partner B: 15 Wall Ball 20/14, 10’/9’

15 Box Jumps 24”/20”

Coaches Tips: 4 or 5 k of rowing, 150 wall ball and 150 box jumps. Great way to start your Saturday morning! Don’t kill it on the row. Start with your 2k pace and go from there. That should allow you to get off the rower and get right to your wall ball for an unbroken set. Quicker you get through your wall ball and box jumps, the more time you should have to rest.
