Just a reminder that the 9:30 and noon classes along with open gym between the times of 8:30-9:30 and 10:30-noon will take place at Mill St. due to our PD Day camp. The 5:45 am and 7 am classes along with all evening classes will remain at Borden.

A. 5 min shoulder mobility
B. EMOM x 5, HSPU’s 3-5 reps
1 mile run
100 walking lunges (50/leg)
100 Sit ups
50 Russian KBS @ 2.0/1.5
50 Burpees
25 Deadlifts @ 225/155
25 Box Jumps @ 30/24
1 mile run
