Rest; no more than 2 min between warm up sets

Warm up:

8@45%, 6@65%, 4@75%, 2@85%, 1@90%

Work:

EMOM x 9 @95%

Bench Press x 2, go every 2 min x 4

EMOM x 5 – Pull ups x 3-5 reps @ 30X2
