Adults and Kids Run group will meet at McLennan park today at 5:30 pm at the parking lot off of Ottawa St.

Today’s WOD

EMOM x 7 – Pull ups x 3-5 reps @ 30X2

4 Rds for time:

5 Deadlifts @ 315/225 + Run 400m

Rest 2 min

5 Power Cleans @ 185/115 + Row 500m

Rest 2 min

Coaches Tips:  pull up work followed by some aerobic training, run hard, rest fast repeat
