Work:

6@75%, 1@95%, 6@78%, 1@98%, 6@80%, 1@102%

20 min AMRAP

5 wall balls

3 HSPU’s or 1 wall walk

1 Power clean @ 185/115 (tough)

Coaches Tips:  small manageable numbers on the amrap, keep up a steady pace.
