Buy In: 200m Prowler Push (3-5 plates)

4 Rounds

6 Rope Climbs

40 KBS 2.0/1.5 and 30 Pistols (performed at the same time)

40 Burpees and 30 T2B (performed at the same time)

40 Wall Ball and 30 HSPU’s (performed at the same time)

Cash Out: 200m Prowler Push (3-5 plates)
