Today’s WOD

EMOM x 7 – pull up work @ 30X2, 3-5 reps

25 min AMRAP

400m run

15 Pull ups OR 5 Mu’s

10 Box Jumps @ 24/30

5 Burpees

Coaches Tips: I know the pull ups have pretty well been the same, but you should be changing how you’re doing them via load, reps, or method as they improve. Find a pace, hold it, and hit this 25 min piece up.
