Heavy squat week 4

Rest no more than 2 min between warm up sets

Warm up:

8@45%, 6@65%, 4@75%, 2@83%, 1@88%

 

Work:

EMOMx 10 @93%

For time + reps

1k run with a medball

As soon as you get back, 3 min AMRAP of wall balls

+

20 sec row sprint, rest 90 sec x 4

Coaches Tips: Get the run done fast, and don’t stop on the wall balls if you can help it.
