EMOM x 5 – pull up work @ 30X2, 3-5 reps

With a partner – 10 min row, switch every 250m. 1 person rowing, 1 person does HPC @ 135/95

REST 5 min

With a partner – 10 min of: Run 200m, 1 person running, 1 person does power cleans @ 185/115

Coaches Tips: Similar to last weeks, but with a partner. Keep the intensity high!
