Strict press 5-6 reps, go every 2 min x 5

5 Rds for time:

5 Hang power snatch @ 135/95

10 burpees

+

100m sprint, rest walk 90 sec x 4

Coaches Tips: Build from your weights from last week on the press, move fast on the metcon and then get out your sprinting shoes!
