Heavy Squat week 2

Rest; no more than 2 min rest between warm up sets

Warm up:

8@40%, 6@60%, 4@70%, 2@80%, 1@85%

Work:

EMOMx8 @ 90%

then…

Go every 4 min x 5 sets

20 Wall balls

400m run

Coaches Tips: Remember your to bring your percentages sheet! Know your #’s before the class starts! If you don’t have enough time for a break in the last part adjust your reps, distance or time as needed…maybe go every 5 min x 4, or do 10 and 400 x 5, or 20 and 200.
