Today’s WOD

Heavy Squat Day 1

Warm up: 8 @ 40%, 6@50%, 4@60%, 3@70%

Work: (rest 2 min between work sets)

6@70%, 1@90%, 6@73%, 1@93%, 6@75%, 1@95%

+

200 walking lunges for time BUT at the top of every minute perform 5 burpees

Coaches Tips:  this will be the beginning of our squat cycle, put in the time and effort and see what comes of it over the next 6 weeks. Finish the day off with this nasty little metcon.
