This past weekend Dave Marriott completed his 30th GORUCK challenge in Philadelphia.
This challenge is called “the pain train”. Those are railway ties that were linked together and carried several miles though Philly on their shoulders.

 Today’s WOD

10 min with a partner – max sets of 50 DU’s/100 singles (don’t need to be UB)

REST 3 min

10 min max distance row – switch every 250m

REST 3 min

10 min max step ups 24/20 – switch every 10 reps

REST 3 min
