3 min – row for cals

REST 2 min

3 min – Clean and jerk @ 50% of 1RM

REST 2 min

3 min – burpee box overs 24/20

REST 2 min

3 min – T2B

REST 2 min

3 min – Triple unders (yes, seriously…try it!)

REST 2 min

3 min – Body blasters (burpee, pull up, K2E = 1 rep)

REST 2 min

3 min – Man makers @ same weight as C&J from above (bent over row, burpee, squat clean thruster = 1)

Coaches Tips: This should be fun, lots of variety, challenging movements, have at’r!
