Row 1000m + in remaining time AMRAP Russian KBS @ 2.0/1.5pd

Rest til 10 min

From 10-15 min:

200 DU’s OR 300 Singles + in remaining time AMRAP Ring dips in sets of 5/3 only

Rest til 20 min

From 20-25 min:

400m Farmers carry @ 55/35 + remaining time AMRAP burpee pull ups

Coaches Tips: The good news is you get 5 min b/t sets, the bad news is each sets will be tough!
