Today’s WOD

“Beep Test”

+

Go every 2 min – Bench press 5-4-3-2-1 (build per set to a 1RM)

+

For time:

20 TGU/arm @ 1.5/1.0pd

Coaches Tips: re test of the beep test, followed up by some benching and TGU’s. This shouldn’t beat you up too much for anyone doing the OPEN wod tomorrow.
