Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our team during the Open on Friday night. Congrats to everyone on our team! You guys rocked 15.1. Many pr’s in the C&J have been made so far. Looking forward to 15.2.

Today’s WOD

Go every 2 min x 5 sets – 5 tough thrusters

+

30 sec wall balls, rest 30 sec x 8 sets

+

For total reps:

3 min AMRAP – burpee pull ups

REST 2 min

3 min AMRAP – burpee box jumps

Coaches Tips: adjust loads as needed on thrusters, keep moving on wall balls and AMRAP’s
