Don’t mess with this little man!

Today’s WOD

Front squats x 3-4 reps @ 80% ish of 1RM, go every 2 min x 5
+
14 min EMOM
Odd: 5 Hang power cleans @ 155/105
Even: 5 L pull ups, C2B, negatives…etc

Coaches Tips:  Weight on FS should be tough each set.  EMOM should challenge you for each round, but you should be able to hang on. The pulling work should be just enough, treat it as strength work.
