Family Day WOD

In teams of 3 or 4

Relay style there and back (you can’t move on to the next movement or station until the person in front of you is done at that movement or station)

500 Row
25 Burpees over pvc pipe
25 Box Jumps
25 KBS
25 Sit ups

When teammate 1 is done the sit ups, they wait for the rest of their team to finish and then do the whole thing again in reverse.
