Snatch or Clean work – 10 min

3 Ring dips

12 min ladder

3 deadlifts @ 275/195
3 ring push ups
6 deadlifts
6 ring push ups
9 DL

Coaches Tips: a few skills and strengths to work on, followed up by a 12 min ladder, should be a fun day!
