Skill/strength work x 10 min – you choose (pull ups, pressing, whatever!)

Then…

With a partner:

30 sec row
30 sec plank x 20

Coaches Tips: Start the day off with working on a weakness or something you’ve missed, then set the rowers to 30 sec of work, 0 sec rest x 40!
