Perform 75 T2B during the day as well…do 7-10 during your rests and you’ll be done soon

Coaches Tips:  goal is to be consistent with your pace. Should be close to your best 2k pace per 500m. For example, if you row a 7min 2k = 1:45/500m…try to go for around 1:45 on all 10 sets.
