Power clean – find a 3RM or a 1RM

Bench press – find a 3RM or a 1RM

+

5 Rds for time

10 HPC @ 115/80

10 Bar facing burpees

Rest 1:1

Coaches Tips: test your power clean and bench press, then if the metcon takes you 1min to do a round, rest 1 min and repeat x 5.
