In teams of 2 with only 1 person working at a time. You must complete all 120 reps before moving on to the next movement, but you can complete them in any order.

120 Plate Ground to Overhead 55/35

120 Calorie Row

120 Deadlifts 185/125

120 Box Jumps 24/20

Coaches Tips: A nice little partner chipper! Go into it with a plan. Switch often to keep the pace up.
