Today’s WOD

Back squats x 5-6 reps, rest 2-3 min x 3-5 sets

+

Pendlay rows x 10-12 reps, rest 90 sec x 4-5 sets

+

3 Rds for time:

15 Wall balls

15 pull ups OR C2B pull ups

Coaches tips: We’ll be working on these 2 lifts throughout the month of January, finish off the day with a short hard metcon.
