In teams of 4, switching between movements emom for 24 minutes
Row (max effort for 1 min)
7 Burpees (rest remainder of min)
10 Box Jumps 24/20 (rest remainder of min)
10 KBS 2.0/1.5 (rest remainder of minute)
Coaches Tips: The goal for this wod is to accumulate as much distance as possible in 24 min on the rower as a team. The rest of the movements are a technicality. Just get them done and rest and recover for the remainder of the minute so you can put forth a full out effort on the rower…It’s all about the Row!
