Pull up OR HSPU’s – 5 min max reps with a partner
20 min AMRAP with a partner (switch every minute)
1 min row – cals
1 min wall balls – reps
* your score is your total number of cals + total wall balls
Trainer’s Tips: work hard, switch quickly, add up both of your reps for 1 big total
