Today’s WOD

5 min EMOM – pistol work 5-7 reps/leg

3 x 3 – strict press, go every 2 min, build per set

10 sets for time “I go, you go”

5 Power snatch @ 115/75

10 Box Jumps 24/20

100m row sprint

* 1 person working at a time, you rest while your partner works through the entire 3 movements.

Trainers’s Tips: A fun day with lots of variety. Move hard and fast on each set for the last part…yes you both do 10 sets!
