Today’s WOD

5 min Fran
21-15-9-15-21
Thrusters 95/65
pull-ups
3min rest
5min Cindy
Amrap
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
3 min rest
5 min Grace
30+ Clean & Jerk 135/95

Trainers Tips: 5 mins to complete as much of Fran as possible.  If you complete it continue going up the reverse order. You might not want to try to PR you’ll only have a 3 min rest and go right into a 5 min Cindy. Then you’ll have 3 mins to catch your breath and load your bar for Grace, if you get all 30 reps awesome!!! You’re a BEAST!!! Just keep going, your score will be your total reps. If you’re still new to olympic lifting you can just do hang power cleans and push press.
